Fabric with PVC coating

Normal 190D-210D-300D-600D-900D-1200-1680D polyester with (PVC back) material, the method of distinguishing quality is to look at the density of the fabric yarn. For good quality fabric: there is no gap between the warp and the weft yarn, Such fabrics are high in density and stronger in firmness. On the contrary, the fabric with poor quality, the gap between the warp and the weft yarn can be seen, and the gap will also reveal the visual effect that the PVC glue will be a little brighter. This is that the veil is relatively thin and the firmness is relatively poor.

(The warp and weft are the horizontal and vertical veil of the fabric.) 

Fabric with PU coating

If it is the material on the back of the PU, look at the back against the light. You can’t see any light holes. The yarn of this piece of cloth is dense enough. On the other hand, if the back of the fabric is poor, you will see a lot of sand holes. It shows that the yarn of this piece of cloth is very thin and the firmness is not so good!

Second: Kneading fabric

When we are satisfied with the veil is not enough, we also need to test the PVC coating on the back. The method is a kneading fabric. The following phenomena will occur normally.

A:  the pvc coating immediately starts to white, scratches, and cannot be recovered, and falls off seriously. This is a very poor pvc coating and is not recommended.

B:The PVC coating is slightly white, with slight traces and no shedding. This  PVC coating is medium quality and can be used if the quality requirements are not so high.

C:The PVC coating is intact, there is no trace, no shedding. This PVC coating is of high quality and can be approved.

When we are satisfied with the veil,we still need to test the PU coating on the back of the fabric.

Method : Kneading the fabric. There are usually three situations.

A: The PU coating is white, the veil is deformed and cannot be recovered. Indicating that the quality of the fabric is very poor and it is not recommended.

B:The PU coating is slightly white, and there is no deformation on the surface of the veil, indicating that the fabric is of medium quality and can be used for requirements that are not so high.

C:The PU coating can not afford white, the veil has no deformation phenomenon, means that the pu coating is very good, can be used with confidence.
